Make sure you have spoken with the Seller or their Agent and they have already expressed a desire to receive a "Fair Cash Offer" or a "Seller Finance Offer that is a bit higher." If they sound negotiable and interested then you may submit the deal here.

Step 3

Follow up with Rooster by text/email regarding your submission if you haven't received a response within 48 hours.
